We decided to devote an early spring day to tidy up our schoolyard. We took brooms, rakes, gloves and bags to the schools' backyard and collected bio waste. 

We learned one thing for sure: Collaboration is the key to success! 

It was great to see how students applied the knowledge they learned during their 'Sharing the Planet' Unit lessons while gathering bio waste and collaborating with each other in order to clean the school environment. They raised awareness about preserving Earths' natural resources, while having loads of fun!
